Obama was outraged last week. He was particulary angered as those investigating the Benghazi cover up followed the trail of deception which ultimately led them to look closer at Ambassador Susan Rice.
Lawmakers have come down hard on Ambassador Rice for her blatent misrepresentation of events that she portrayed to the American people on five Sunday talk shows. Obama feigned chivalry, and declared so called “attacks” against Ambassador Susan Rice for her role in the cover up to be “outrageous”.
Ambassador Rice initiated meetings and met with a total of six senators this week, and failed to explain her actions which constituted a deliberate misrepresentation of fact.
Meanwhile, legislators who are investigating the cover up have become increasingly frustrated at the lack of cooperation from the White House. The White House has refused to supply information and possible evidence that legislators have repeatedly requested.
Also this week, two additional lawmakers declared the Obama administration was guilty of a cover up.

Egypt stands on the brink of Civil War in the wake of President Mohamed Morsi’s brazen and unprecedented sweep of power.
Those who fought for freedom during the Arab spring have just suffered a major setback to their entire revolution. And since the Arab Spring, they have suffered politically from a lack of coordination and unity which somewhat gave rise to the current crisis.
Their lack of coordination greatly aided the Muslim Brotherhood in obtaining their current power.
In the aftermath of the Arab Spring revolution, the Brotherhood seized the chaotic moment in the recent elections and propelled their candidate, Mohamed Morsi, to the presidency of Egypt. They did so amidst the power vacuum created by former President Hosni Mubarrak’s violent overthrow. And they did so because pro-democracy Egyptians could not rally as one for a myriad of reasons.
Nevertheless, those same pro-democracy Egyptians are now uniting en masse by the tens of thousands, in full force and violent opposition to Morsi’s sudden and unexpected coup.
United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had just left Morsi’s cunning side on Wednesday, November 21st. The very next day, Hillary Clinton was still basking in the afterglow of her questionable success in the Middle East peace talks when a shocking turn of events occured this past Thursday, on November 22nd:
With utter disregard for the Constitutional laws of his own country, dismissing the hopes of thousands of Egyptians who fought for freedom during the former Arab Spring, Egypt’s President Mohamed Morsi, former card carrying member of the Muslim Brotherhood, proclaimed himself virtual dictator of Egypt.
And for extra insurance he declared his current decree and his future laws to be immune to challenge. As millions of Americans celebrated Thanksgiving, one small man took a giant step for tyranny.
The National Reaction to Morsi’s Coup
The backlash in Egypt was instant, as Morsi seized powers not even former President Hosni Mubarak dared to claim for his own. National Judges from the Judiciary branch have vehemently denounced Morsi’s power grab and are planning to strike.

Pro-Democracy Leaders such as Nobel Peace laureate Mohammed ElBaradei, have hurled the gauntlet, and derisively branded Morsi as “the new Pharaoh”. Since Thursday, tens of thousands have echoed Elbaradei’s scorn in protests in Tahrir Square in Cairo, and across the nation.
Morsi’s self proclaimed dictatorship immediately fueled multiple violent protests. And not everyone is protesting against Morsi. Thousands of his supporters are standing with him.
The Muslim Brotherhood, President Morsi, and his supporters, were immediately faced with furious pro-democracy Egyptians who are fighting for a Democracy free of the tyranny of radical Islamist law.
They have been fighting for it since the Arab Spring, and Morsi has crossed an irreversible point in time and space. A red line that will never turn green, but may likely grow a darker stain of red as the violence escalates.
The spectre of military intervention looms larger with each hour as Morsi not only ignores the rage of tens of thousands, he spurs on tens of thousands of supporters to counter that rage with their own. As the opposing masses clash in the streets and strike each other with rocks, lash out with flame, and brave tear gas, things are likely about to get worse, and may even come to an explosive head.
Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood have called for a formal massive protest in support of Morsi on Tuesday. And Pro-Democracy Egyptians, spurred on by leaders such as Mohammed ElBaradei, are planning an equally massive counter protest. Violence has already overwhelmed Chairo, as tens of thousands war in the streets, and across the nation.
As the two groups violently confront each other in the streets en masse, and gather steam for these pending formal protests, as of yesterday the violence was already raging and the protest was unstoppable. From yesterday’s report:
With Morsi’s sudden decree on Thursday catching many by suprise, experts on terrorism in the US ponder why Morsi felt so emboldened in the wake of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s departure only the day before.
What provoked President Morsi to such brazen and unexpected confidence that he did not even hesitate, as he seized such power unchecked? Why has Morsi done this? Did the recent peace talks grant him certain concessions from the West for playing the role of Peace Meister?
Morsi’s Muslim Brotherhood and the Heart of the Current Battle

Pro Muslim Brotherhood supporters want the same thing the Muslim Brotherhood has sought for decades: Dominion of Sharia law as the law of the land.
And to the Muslim Brotherhood, the land is not merely Egypt, it is the world at large. It is the goal of the worldwide Muslim Brotherhood that Islam and Sharia law should dominate not merely Egypt, but the globe.
The Muslim Brotherhood was founded by an Egyptian and has it’s earliest roots in Egypt.
Egyptian school teacher, Hassan al Banna, founded the Muslim Brotherhood in 1928. Today, it’s roots and efforts are wordwide.
So perhaps it is fitting that Egypt is the current stage for the Brotherhood’s bold and decisive seizure of enormous power. The Brotherhood was after all, founded by an Egyptian. If they can keep their current hold on power with Morsi as Dictator of Egypt, the consequences would bring to life some of the worst nightmares of those who knowingly observed the Arab Spring when it occured.
Many were fully aware that the end result might be a Muslim Brotherhood leadership. But few could have foreseen this very sudden and irrevocable scenario unfolding on the wordwide stage. And the world looks on and wonders: What has just happened?
Why Has Morsi Trampled Freedom Under Foot?
It must be remembered that Morsi is an Islamist Fascist who has been an influential leader in the Muslim Brotherhood, an extreme Islamic Fascist political party disguised as theology based. It is true it is based on theocratic law, but the Muslim Brotherhood as an entity, is a political animal. The last thing Islamist Fascists in the Muslim Brotherhood would promote would be a free and democratic society. Such a society would insure their ultimate downfall. So it should be understood, that Morsi has never been an advocate of freedom.
As for this sudden tyrancial and brazen highjacking of power, there is surely a reason. Considering Morsi’s background and Fascist politics, it is not a stretch to say that this is his preferred method of governing. There may also be other reasons, more obvious reasons at work. Reasons that may have helped to enable this sudden coup by the seemingly schizophrenic Peace Meister.
Perhaps President Morsi is intoxicated with power. Or perhaps he is strutting his Presidential prowess by glorifying his new role as a supposed vital leader in the Middle East. A mantle he now wears whether he deserves it or not, for his peace efforts during the recent conflict between Israel and Gaza.
Or it just may be that Morsi is shrewed enough to kill two birds with one stone. He can strut all the way to the dictator’s dias using his new found status as leverage for an advantage – daring those in Washington who just praised him as a saviour of the Middle East peace process on Wednesday, to now condemn his brazen and illegal coup of Thursday.
Also, by doing just that very thing, he can placate tens of thousands of young and old jihadist supporters of the Brotherhood who put him in office in the first place. The Muslim Brotherhood and their supporters in Egypt called for the Jihad on Israel this past October (and many times before). So they were angry when Morsi arranged the cease fire between Israel and Hamas.

It was these very same extreme Islamist and pro-jihadist individuals who attacked our American Embassy in the thousands, lowering and burning our flag while wielding a black Jihadist flag.
As they attacked our sovereign soil in Cairo, they taunted Obama and the White House and screamed as one voice:
“We are all Osama bin Laden! Osama not Obama!”
So during this weeks peace talks, Morsi’s supporters were not particularly happy with Morsi’s diplomatic approach. Some of their leaders from the Muslim Brotherhood made that clear.
But it should be noted that Morsi was shrewd from the onset. Perhaps he knew all along that the anger of the Brotherhood and his supporters would be short lived. Within hours of the Muslim Brotherhood denouncing the peace process with Israel, Morsi declared his decree, and when he did so, he declared himself dictator of Egypt.
As this major coup occurs and an Islamist Fascist president usurps his authority and seizes power in Egypt, is this just one more example of Obama’s failed foreign policy of “leading from behind”? Did the Obama administration enable this ominous turn of events and perhaps even make it possible?
Did Obama’s Foreign Policy Create this Crisis?
As the crisis escalated to within a hairs breath of a ground invasion by Israel into the Gaza Strip, speaking out of both sides of his mouth, Morsi publically condemned Israel as he submitted to Washington’s repeated claim that he was an invaluable instrument of peace.
No doubt he was pleased when the Obama administration chose once more, to “lead from behind”. Rather than take a neccessary firm stance in a commanding leadership role as both Israel’s ally and leader of the free world, the current administation in Washington declined to seize the reigns.
Instead, Washington repeatedly proclaimed Morsi’s essential and critical role in the talks between Gaza and Israel. They lead from behind, and thrust Morsi forward, into a critical strategic position. A position where he could only stand to gain at the expense of Israel, the fledgling freedom movement in Egypt, and the free world as a whole.

When they did so, the Obama administration offered Morsi an immediate and very significant advantage in a region of paramount importance.
Once more, leading from behind is a failed foreign policy that has impacted our national security, and the national security of our allies.
Washington not only declared the raging war between Gaza and Israel to be utterly dependent on Morsi’s intervention.
They also declared the very stability of the entireMiddle East depended on Egypt and her new leader, President Morsi. Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton placed Morsi on a pedestal as indispensable.
Tricks are for Kids – and Presidents:
Taking up the mantle foolishly thrust upon him by Washington, Morsi negotiated a cease fire between Hamas in the Gaza Strip and Israel. It was not nearly so difficult for him as some in the White House would like to pretend that it was.
Morsi was a prominent leader in the Muslim Brotherhood until he took office as President of Egypt. Hamas is the Palestinian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood. They know that they can trust Morsi. And tens of thousands of Egyptians have just found out they can not trust Morsi.
Hamas also wanted something: They wanted restrictions eased on their borders so they could funnel in more weapons from Iran to use in their unceasing attack against Israel. And they got just what they wanted, courtesy of Morsi’s “peace negotiations”.
Is it any wonder Hamas is now declaring “victory” though their casualties and structural damage are far greater than Israel? To Hamas, a few hundred civilian lives is a small price to pay for the freedom to smuggle in weapons from Iran that they do not now have, but soon will, once more, courtesy of President Morsi.
Israel got something out of the deal too. Sort of. Israel is under no delusions. They know this is a temporary cease fire and the terror tunnels they just blew to bits are being rebuilt.
But Israel received the promise that the US would aid them in their missle defense, and they were also spared tremendous loss of life that would have occured had they performed the ground invasion that was neccessary to declare their victory:
The utter destruction of Hamas, a terror group financed by Iran who has sworn to destroy them.
Israel is all to painfully aware, that significant loss of life to their troops and Palestinian civilians would have occured if they had launched a ground offensive. They know that the nations, many of whom wish Israel’s destruction, would have scorned Israel’s effort to rid the world of the terrorists. The same terrorists who thrive upon the fertile soil that is the terror breeding ground known as the Gaza Strip.
A regional war might have also occured, and Israel knows this to. Unlike terrorists in power, she has no such wish. Her sole aim is justifiable self defense. And she has merely bought time before the hostilities renew. More than anything, Israel is also aware of this.
In the end, Gaza gained much and Israel gained some benefit in the cease fire. But what about Morsi?
What inducement did Morsi have to alienate those tens of thousands of faceless “Osama Bin Ladens” who put him in office?
As has been noted, Morsi was shrewd from the onset. It has been a brilliant and calculating win for Morsi, Hamas, and the Muslim Brotherhood. Morsi played his cards right by placating those who lead from behind when they demanded he be the Middle East Peace Meister.
We’ve seen what Hamas gained. But what did Morsi gain? We may now be witnessing it. He may have gained a soft and tepid response from Washington instead of a neccessary firm and productive counter action to thwart his efforts. Our response should have been quick and decisive.
There are measures we could take, and Morsi needs to be reminded of this, not catered to. These measures would include cutting off financial aid to Egypt – and firmly denouncing Morsi’s coup from the White House – instead of appeasing the Islamist Fascist President who longed to become Dictator of Egypt.

As it now stands, it appears that Morsi is grabbing his alloted portion from the peace talks, and showing his tyranical hand. The brilliant part is that as he does so, with one hand he placates the Muslim Brotherhood and those supporters he alienated a few days ago - while with the other hand, he puts a stranglehold on the hope and aspirations of tens of thousands of pro-democracy Egyptians.
In one fell swoop, spurred on by Washington, Morsi made sure Hamas could be armed with more weapons that include longer range and deadlier weapons. And without firing a shot, Morsi placed his boot on the throat of the strugging and critical freedom revolution in Egypt, and became dictator of Egypt. When he did so, he endeared himself to the Muslim Brotherhood, and energized thousands of angry supporters who renewed their faltering support.
We are now once more seeing the disastrous consequences of the Obama administration leading from behind. They failed to lead during a Middle East crisis that threatened the entire region and Israel, one of our most critical allies. When they made this choice, they blindly gave Morsi, a Muslim Brotherhood disciple and an Islamic Fascist President, a coveted diplomatic role of major international importance that he could not be trusted with. A critical role in the unstable and volatile region that is the Middle East.
Pro-Democracy Supporters Tens of Thousands Oppose President Morsi
For Morsi, it’s check mate. He won all around. Or so it would seem.
Thousands of outraged Egyptians may have something to say about that. Already massed in the tens of thousands, they have planned a formal Million Man march for Tuesday.
But history may be on the side of Morsi.
An interesting parallel is something we have seen before from another dictator who also wished the destruction of the Jews. After he was appointed Chancellor of Germany in 1933, Hitler converted the Weimar Republic into the Third Reich. A dictatorship with Hitler of course, as supreme Dictator.
World War II was a result.
Morsi is an Islamic Fascist, just as Hitler was a Nazi Fascist. The trouble with Fascists in power is that they are maniacle tyrants who do not give up. Islamist Fascism is rearing is tyranical head in a mighty way in Egypt tonight, and it is doubtful that it will meekly stand down.
The next few days will decide the final outcome for Egypt’s Arab Spring. Like many in Benghazi who desperately want freedom but face corruption and tyranny on a massive scale, the people of Egypt will now be forced to make a stand to seize freedom for all it’s worth and glory.
It is likely they will not allow Morsi to suffocate the life out of their revolution if there is a way to stop him. As their revolution rapidly hurtles to a decisive moment, freedom is rising and on the march in Egypt. In Cairo, in the Judiciary, and across the nation as a whole, Egyptian patriots are revolting against the heinous betrayal of their President Morsi.
Tricks are for kids. They are also apparently for tyrants and Presidents. But freedom is for patriots, and these may yet seize it.

The 4th Amendment prohibits unreasonable search and seizure by the federal government and other state agencies. The 4th Amendment is included in the Bill of Rights as the fourth of the original ten Constitutional guarantees.
Including the right granted to 22 federal agencies to a warrantless search of internet user’s private emails, facebook pages, twitter accounts, Google Docs, and other internet user records online. In some cases, permission would also be granted to the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI to gain full access to private internet user accounts without so much as even notifying a judge, much less obtaining a warrant.
The right to privacy is not confined to one Constitutional Amendment, but it is guaranteed throughout the Constitution and the original Bill of Rights in a myriad of ways.
Including and not limited to, the 5th Amendment, which protects American’s from self incrimination in criminal cases, prohibits double jeopardy, and protects private property.
In addition, the 5th Amendment demands Due Process, and it’s protection prevents Government from making laws that infringe upon the fundamental rights of Americans without Due Process of Law. The 5th Amendment insures that no American can be deprived of a fundamental liberty without Due Process of Law.
Fundamental liberties are rights summarized by the right to “Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness”, and those fundament rights were defined further and set down in the Constitution in the original ten amendments, as well as future amendments. The original 10 amendments are known collectively as the Bill of Rights.
This would include the fundamental right to be protected from unreasonable search and seizure as guaranteed by the 4th Amendment, which was among the first of the original fundamental rights included in the Bill of Rights.
Due Process of Law was first enshrined in the 5th Amendment. Due Process is also defined and protected under the later 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution.
Justice Louis Brandeis
In the Supreme Court case, Olmstead vs. the United States (1928), Justice Louis Brandeis stated:
“The makers of our Constitution understood the need to secure conditions favorable to the pursuit of happiness, and the protections guaranteed by this are much broader in scope, and include the right to life and an inviolate personality — the right to be left alone — the most comprehensive of rights and the right most valued by civilized men. The principle underlying the Fourth and Fifth Amendments is protection against invasions of the sanctities of a man’s home and privacies of life.”
To sum it up, this is Cyber Big Brother on an unprecedented scale that has the ability to impact every American and destroy fundamental rights which are protected by the United States Constitution.
Furthermore, these are rights that our founders deemed so important, they have been protected as fundamental rights from the time our Constitution was first conceived, drafted, and made law of the land.
The Current Status of Leahy’s New Law
Following the original news report of CNET, Leahy was faced with an immediate backlash via wide spread protests from several powerful entities, as well as the general public. Thus, the Senator seemingly once more flip flopped.
In the latest report from CNET, Senator Leahy tweeted a statement saying he would not support “warrantless access” in the revision of his bill which was created to placate law enforcement. A spokesman for Leahy did not respond to questions from CNET on what exactly the Senator did support.
And in an article the following day from PC World, Jim Dempsey, vice president of public policy at The Center for Democracy and Technology, has noted that Leahy may not support warrantless searches, but he is not the only Senator involved in this legislation.
It is commendable that Leahy does not support warrantless email searches (this seems to fluctuate). But it is apparently still not known what he will or will not support, when the bill comes to the critical stage of a vote this Thursday in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Furthermore, now that Senator Leahy has opened this Pandora’s box, and apparently flip flopped on it not once, but twice, he has been unable to contain the damage. It appears he has not prevented the possibility of the very grave consequences of his proposed law.
As Dempsey noted above, Leahy is not the only legislator who will be voting on this bill. A bill that has the potential to become the law of the land. Freedomworks has launched a petition to halt this bill.
As H.R. 2741 quietly progresses to committee to be debated and possibly become final law, it ultimately has the potential to destroy fundamental rights secured by our founders and protected by the United States Constitution.
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” ~Fourth Amendment, United States Constitution

In the latest on the Benghazi cover up, as of Monday night, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence has stated the intelligence community was responsible for the change in the talking points memo that removed all reference to Al Qaeda and a terror attack on the consulate. The current Director of National Intelligence is James Clapper.
Top Senate and Congressional leaders vow to continue investigations, widening the scope of their investigation in the wake of this latest announcement. Legislators have noted that like David Petreaus, who reported directly to James Clapper as the CIA Director, National Intelligence officials are now changing their initial story, and James Clapper has been asked to explain.
As legislators call for a select joint committee to investigate the overall cover up and state their intent to continue individual committee hearings, they continue to seek concrete answers on a number of critical issues in the mire of contradicting testimonies and timelines.
Legislators are also bringing the Department of Justice and the FBI under scrutiny for their role in the Petraeus scandal.
The following is an update on the latest in the Benghazi cover up.
On this day in History, on November 20, 1945, the Nuremberg Trials were convened to place on trial the chief Architects of the Nazi attempt at genocide levied against the Jewish people during World War II.
As the trials progressed to their conclusion, testimony of the Nazi’s who were accused, offered no exoneration for their crimes against humanity and war crimes – including shooting United States fighter pilots whose planes were shot down.
In the end, 10 of the Nazi perpetrators deemed primarily responsible found no quarter at the Nuremberg Trials, and they were condemned to die by hanging. Others were sentenced without being present, and some who were sentenced to die by the noose commited suicide, only hours before their execution. Others who should have been condemned to death commited suicide before the trials began.
These monsterous individuals and the Nazi party as a whole, were utterly devoid of human conscience, and these their Commanders, were executed in the aftermath of a war they initiated. That war was World War II, which was responsible for the deaths of 6 million jews, half a million American troops, and millions more allied troops and civilians. Though these who are reviled in history were executed, and Hitler commited suicide with others of his party, they are not truly dead and gone.
Today, their successors wage perpetual war against the Jewish people in Israel, many of whom are descended from those Jews who suffered incomprehensible injustice at the hands of their murderers, the Nazi’s, during World War II.
The successors of the Nazi party are the Jihadists of Hamas, Islamic Jihad of Palestine, Al Qaeda, Salafists, and other terrorist groups who are currently waging war against Israel today and the free world as a whole. They do so as they conduct terror in the name of religion and they continue to wage the Global Jihad, targeting Israel on the front lines of their intended worldwide dominion.
There is a serious miscarriage of justice occuring in St. Lucie County, Florida. And though it may be occuring on the local scene in Florida, it is of national interest. It speaks to the ominous reality of voter fraud, and it calls into question the integrity of a critical fundamental freedom: The vote. It is also about to cost us one of our finest legislators in Congress, Congressman Allen West.
It cannot be stated here how important it is that the integrity of the vote is maintained. It is the vote which installs every significant legislator from local councilmen, to the highest levels of power in the White House. And these days, there is ample reason to suspect voter fraud on a national level.
At this moment however, in St. Lucie County, Florida, the nation is on the brink of losing one of the finest patriots in our Congress because of a combination of voter fraud and blatent incompetancy, or perhaps better said, voter fraud and obstruction of the vote.
What is at stake here is who really won the vote for Congressman of that district? If officials and Democrats in St. Lucie county have their way, we may never know. And this is dire for several reasons. We cannot allow the integrity of the vote to be compromised. Our leaders are representatives of the people and their role is a critical role that upholds the very foundations of our nation. We also cannot allow public trust in the vote to become eroded. This has already occured somewhat because of rampant voter fraud cases in the Democrat party, and these cases have gained national and worldwide attention. They have also made their way to the courts, and have been proven to have occured.
What is equally apparent, is that we cannot afford to lose a legislator like Congressman West for no other reason than that we are being forced to have bogus inexperienced legislators thrust upon us via compromised election results. Particulary inexperienced legislators like 29 year old Democrat Patrick Murphy, who have nothing to show for their public accomplishments but a criminal record and a rise to Congress based on the highly questionable outcome of election results that have been awarded based on a technicality – a technicality that occured during a recount over votes that were in question from the onset.
And as Democrat Patrick Murphy, the 29 year old supposed “winner” of Congressman West’s seat, prepares to be sworn into Congress, that is exactly what is occuring.
General Carter F. Ham and Rear Admiral Charles Gaouette
Something has bothered me for weeks that is now bothering me even more. I don’t like to speculate without evidence, so until now, I have intentionally refrained from discussing the very questionable fate of highly decorated Rear Admiral Charles Gaouette. I have also refrained out of respect for Admiral Gaouette, because his case is so shrouded in mystery, it is impossible to say what exactly happened. But there are a few facts that are known that deserve to be noted. Because in light of recent revelations in the ongoing Benghazi investigation it is theoretically possible that those facts may relate to what occured in Benghazi.
It has become very obvious this past week that General David Petraeus has become collateral damage in the wake of the Benghazi attack. Could Rear Admiral Gaouette, decorated for outstanding leadership, and fired in the wake of Benghazi, be collateral damage from the Benghazi attack? Could General Carter Ham, equally decorated and esteemed, also in the Pentagon the night of Benghazi, and now mysteriously going into “early retirement” years before his time, also be collateral damage?
Is General John Allen, whose career has likely been destroyed for being too Southern and calling Ms. Kelley “Sweetheart” a case of collateral damage from the collateral damage that is obviously General Petraeus? What about General Petraeus? Why did he tow the White House line and originally tell legislators and the American people that the atttack was carried out by an angry mob over a video – only to say after his firing, that it was immediately known to be an Al Qaeda linked terror attack?

The following is an update on General Petraeus testimony yesterday. It is also an analysis of the mysterious firing of Admiral Gaoette, the early retirement of General Carter Ham, and the not-so-scandalous but devasting plight of General John Allen, commander of US forces in Afghanistan.
Three hearings occurred yesterday. The hearing before the House and Senate Intelligence Committees were both held in private. The hearing before the House Foreign Affairs committee was open door. Before the public, lawmakers vigorously blasted those responsible for the events in Benghazi that night and the misleading propaganda in the aftermath of the attack when the Obama administration told the American people and the world that the attack was over a youtube video.
This morning, the news is currently breaking that General Petraeus has just testified he was aware within 24 hours that the attack on the US consulate in Benghazi was a terror attack. Nevertheless, lawmakers question why General Petreaus downplayed the idea of a terror attack during a very critical time in previous September 14th hearings three days after the attack.
Congressman King (R-NY) is chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee and he is also a member of the House Intelligence Committee. He was present as Petraeus testified this morning in a closed door hearing before both House and Senate Intelligence Committees. He emerged from the closed door hearing on the heels of Petreaus’ testimony and spoke to the press. Congressman King appeared restrained but determined, and he stated that Petraeus’ account of his previous testimony was at odds with his recollection.
Congressman Louie Gohmert (R-TX) of the House Judiciary Committee recieved a petition yesterday with 100,000 signatures from high ranking military veterans and others which demanded a special investigation lead by a special prosecutor. Congressman Gohmert has taken up that cause, and is now demanding the same.

Hamas has broken a cease fire again. In response, Israel has struck a devastating blow to Hamas terrorists and their allies. One ally of Hamas is another terror group known as “Islamic Jihad in Palestine”. As Israel defended herself in the aftermath of the violated cease fire, a top Hamas commander and other terrorists were killed. Hamas has now declared Israel’s act of self defense to be an act of war.
As I write this, rockets are flying over Israeli’s running for cover in Israel’s Tel Aviv. Hostilities are increasing by the hour as Israel prepares for a possible ground offensive.
Arab leaders are threatening, and the entire region is on the brink of erupting into total war.
The Israeli government is refusing to back down in the face of the declaration of war levied by Hamas, and the government of Israel is advising their citizens to prepare for an all out attack from Hamas and others. That attack has begun. As Egypt and others step up to the plate to condemn Israel, from the front lines of the War on Freedom, Israel is standing alone.
Surrounded on every side by hostile jihadist allies of terror, citizens of Israel brace for all out war with terrorists. Who are her enemies? Who are her allies? What does this mean and what is at stake for the free world?
The following is an in depth look at Israel. Her right to exist, her enemies, and the current Global Jihad.
The Modern History of Israel’s Right to Exist
The people we know today as Jews have existed in the region since the time of the ancestors of those who wage war against her today. Since the time of Abraham.
The current crisis between Israel and Hamas will no doubt generate much debate on the “right” to the land of the Gaza Strip, and Palestine as a whole. Many who are unfamiliar with how modern Israel came into being will attempt to claim she is a modern intruder, though history defies this ignorance. Historians well versed on the matter offer valuable insight. A closer view of history demonstrates that the disputed right of Israel is not truly to be disputed. In negotiations in 1915, and throughout World War I, with the last remaining Sharif of the Muslim world, the true process began for the establishment of Israel – the long sought “Jewish State”.
At the onset of World War I, what we call “Palestine” today was ruled by the Ottoman Empire (the Turks). Under Ottoman rule, the peoples of the region were a myriad of Islamic, Jewish, and Christian. The Arab world, in hope of obtaining an “Arab State” or “Confederation of Arab States”, joined in league with the original allies of the Triple Entente of World War I, which were Britain, France, and the Empire of Russia, to oppose and dethrone their Ottoman oppressors. Thus, the Arab world allied with the West throughout World War I, against Germany, the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the Ottoman Empire, and Bulgaria.
On the drawing boards of the Western allies, plans began to be laid out as to how the defeated Ottoman Empire was to be distributed among the victors upon the end of the war. As part of negotiations between the Sharif of the Arabs and the United Kingdom, an agreement was reached that designated significant portions of the former Ottoman Empire to Britain and France, for both direct control, and as “Mandated Regions” or “protected regions” under Western influence and protection.
This agreement is known as the Sykes-Picot Agreement of 1916, and the negotiator for the Arab world was Sharif Hussayn, the last reigning Sharif – a ruler directly descended from Muhammad – of the Muslim world. And while the outcome of these negotiations may be seen by some as controversial, the military realities speak for themselves insofar as the liberation of the Arab world from their Ottoman rulers by the Western Allies. Including Jerusalem, liberated by General Allenby of the British, who received the Ottoman surrender of the city on December 11, 1917, after the loss of 18,000 troops.
Ultimately, based upon these agreements with Sharif Hussayn and Britain, the area called Palestine became a British protectorate following World War I and remained so until May 1948. At that time Palestine was to be divided by UN mandate into two states:
One for the Jews and one for the Palestinians. The Jews established Israel which was immediately attacked by the surrounding Arab states. These states included Transjordan which invaded the area designated for the Palestinian state (the West Bank). Rather than give it back to the Palestinians, Transjordan (later Jordan) occupied the territory and left the Palestinians to fend for themselves, typically in refugee camps, for the next 20 years.
In the 1967 war, a victorious Israel acquired the Golan Heights from Syria, the Gaza Strip from Egypt, and the West Bank from Jordan.
In the mid-1990′s, an agreement between Israel, and the PLO, returned the West Bank and Gaza over to the new Palestinian Authority.
In the years since achieving their Palestinian State, not content with same, rather than develop their new nation, Hamas has continued to declare that Israel has no right to exist, and have not ceased to attempt to destroy her via suicide bombers and rockets. One such recent attempt occured in 2008 that is very similiar to what is occuring at this time. In 2008, Hamas sent 300 rockets into Israel the week before Christmas, which prompted Israel’s justified response with a retaliatory strike in Gaza.
This is what is occuring today, and will be addressed immediately below.
As for the right of Israel to exist, after many years containing equally complicated history, and much bloodshed and fighting, the issue of right to the land still haunts the validity of Israel’s claim in the eyes of a small minority – though few today apart from Jihadist terrorists, truly dispute the right of Israel as a nation to exist.
In keeping, the purpose of this commentary is not to discuss the disputed real estate of the region. It is rather to discuss the heart of the matter of the current crisis, which many will take issue with against Israel. Including well intentioned, albeit ignorant, supporters of Hamas. Therefore, I leave dispute of the land to others. The matter presented here, is that of the Global Jihad.
Who are the Enemies of Israel?
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is a naughty boy. He is also a tyranical maniac. Ahmadinejad is a member of the Islamic twelvers sect, and believes there must be “world wide chaos” to usher in his version of the Islamic Messiah. In his effort to usher in the Apocalypse, Ahmadinejad has declared Israel to be his first target on the map. In a recent speech in August, 2012, he stated Israel was a cancerous tumor that must be eliminated. More to the point of this commentary, Iran is a major financial sugar daddy for Hamas and their allied terror group “Islamic Jihad”. Now we come to a place where you may well ask: Who is Hamas? Who is the Islamic Jihad terror group? Simplified: They are brothers in arms. But there is more information to be had.
We must first look to the parent organization of Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood. The
Muslim Brotherhood was founded in 1928 by Egyptian school teacher, Hassan al-Banna. The Muslim Brotherhood has been deemed by many terror experts to be at the heart of the worldwide wave of terrorism that has murdered so many. As its founder, Hassan al Banna said, “It is the nature of Islam to dominate, not to be dominated, to impose its law on all nations and to extend its power to the entire planet.”
In the aftermath of the Arab Spring, the people of Egypt elected President Mohamed Morsai, also known as President Morsi. He was a member of the Muslim Brotherhood. He resigned his membership only upon his recent election as President. But nothing has changed within the ranks of the Brotherhood, and Morsai is among those this morning condemning Israel’s strike against Hamas. Here is some current information on the role of the Brotherhood in Egypt, and how they are playing a part in the current attacks against Israel:
A senior Muslim Brotherhood official is denying the group’s leader called for “holy jihad” against Israel in a newspaper article last week……But Badie’s weekly message, still posted on the Brotherhood’s Arabic-language website, mirrors much of what Al-Ahram reported. According to an Investigative Project on Terrorism translation, Badie said:
“The Zionists only know the method of force. They will not step back from transgression, unless they are forced to. This will only be by holy Jihad, and enormous sacrifices and all forms of resistance. One day they will be certain that we will choose this Way, and raise the flag of Jihad in the Way of God. We will go forth to the field of Jihad.”
But we were discussing Hamas, and their allied terror group, Islamic Jihad in Palestine. What does the Muslim Brotherhood have to do with Hamas? Only everything. Hamas is the Palestinian branch of the worldwide Muslim Brotherhood. Here is more from earlier information by the Investigative Project on Terrorism:
Hamas was founded as the Palestinian chapter of the Muslim Brotherhood. Al Qaeda second-in-command Ayman al-Zawahiri began his Islamist career as a member of the Muslim Brotherhood. Almost every single Sunni terrorist organization can be traced back to the Muslim Brotherhood. And this isn’t limited to the Middle East.
What does the Muslim Brotherhood have to do with the terror group “Islamic Jihad” which is allied with Hamas in this recent attack against Israel? Everything. The terror group Islamic Jihad in Palestine is also a terror group which was created by former members of the Muslim Brotherhood. It is but one branch of the group, “Islamic Jihad”. It has branches in Beirut, Lebanon. Also in Sudan and Iran, and it is based in Damascus, Syria. It is financed by Iran, Syria, and Saudi Arabia.

What is going on today with this current crisis? Apart from making darn sure the kids carry on the family tradition, the Islamic Jihad in Palestine organization, Hamas, and Salifist terrorists, continue to levy continuous attacks against Israel.
Between January and October of 2012, over 800 rockets and mortars have been launched at Israel. Here is a list. Why have there been so many attacks against Israel?
Because of the efforts of Hamas and Islamic Jihad in Palestine to destroy Israel with the aid of Syria and Iran, who funds both groups.
As of this moment:
A Salifist Jihadist in Egypt, following the election, where his party received 25% of the vote.
The latest is that from November 10-12, terror groups fired roughly 100 rockets and mortars into Israel. The terror groups were Islamic Jihad, and a Salafist group, who claimed responsiblity. The word Salafist is new word Americans should aquaint themselves with. The group believed responsible for the murder of Ambassador Stevens and our heroes at Benghazi, is Ansar Al-Sharia, a Salifist terror group with Al Qaeda ties.
While Obama was recently campaigning and wrongfully claiming Al Qaeda was decimated, two major Al Qaeda linked terror attacks planned against the United States in Jordan, and Indonesia, were thwarted. Both attacks were planned for months in advance, the death toll was intended to be massive, and the one in Indonesia was to be carried out by Salafists.
The weekend of October 21st, 2012, Jordanian authorities halted a massive Al Qaeda linked terror plot in Jordan that would have killed thousands at one blow. The targets included two shopping centers, and western diplomats such as Ambassador Stevens.
Over the weekend of October 29, 2012, the Salafist group in Indonesia was thwarted. They had targeted a Plaza, a United States Embassy in Jakarta, and the US consulate-general in the city of Surabaya in eastern Java as well as a Police Mobile Brigade.
In any event, when Isalmic Jihad and the Salafist brethren fired a hundred rockets and mortars into Israel between November 10-11th, a cease fire was negotiated between Israel and Hamas on November 13, 2012.
The obvious conditions for the cease fire were that everyone would cease their fire. Both sides agreed to these conditions. However, the following day, which was yesterday November 14th, the cease fire was violated, not by Israel, but by the terrorists.
Israel immediately responded to the attack. When Israel did so, she did an excellent job. The Israeli Air Force (IAF), struck a car carrying Ahmed Jabari, the head of Hamas’ armed wing. Israel also struck 20 additional targets consisting of long-range rocket storage sites, and possibly a regional Hamas commander. Here is a timeline of the most recent events.
In response to Israel’s devastating and accurate strike yesterday, Hamas declared Israel had “opened the gates of hell” and commited an act of war.

Today, Egypt’s former Muslim Brotherhood President Mursi, is furious with Israel. He and others in the region are condemning Israel, rattling sabres, and demanding that they stop defending themselves – “or else”.
The current death toll for Palestinian civilians who were killed in Israel’s raid is 4, including two children. And Israel is preparing for an all out assault, possibly being forced to use ground forces. Today’s report from Fox is here.
Meanwhile, as the death toll approaches forty thousand in President Assad’s Syria today, the Syrian government stated: “The Syrian government condemns the heinous atrocities committed by the enemy Israeli army against the Arab Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip,”
No doubt, Salafist’s and their terrorist brethren misfits of evil, applaud with vigor. As does the government of Lebanon, who also condemned Israel.
We have also heard from President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s Iran. Iran notified the family of an Iranian blogger last week who was being detained by the regime for “threatening national security on social networks and Facebook” that their kinsmen had been killed while in custody. They sent the following message to the family: “buy a grave today and collect his corpse tomorrow.”
Iran paused in their daily executions today to address the escalating crisis in Israel.
Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said, “Iran considers the criminal act of Israeli military forces in killing civilians as organized terrorism and strongly condemns it”
Hamas and the terror group Islamic Jihad are Iranian President Ahmadinejad’s pet children. Iran finances their ugly efforts to destroy Israel. Both are also tied to and financed by Syria. There is a reason for this, and it does not stop with Israel. See link above on President’s Ahmadinejad’s fervent wish to create an Apocalpyse to usher in his Islamic Messiah via worldwide war.
When all is said and done, as the crisis escalates against Israel and her rabid neighbors clammor for her destruction, it is hard to say if President Ahmadinejad will soon have his wish come true for worldwide chaos. It is difficult to predict what will occur, and how the United States and the free world will respond. But it looks like possible all out war against Israel by her terrorist neighbors. That should teach her to oppose her destruction and defend herself, right?
There is no turning back now. Israel has taken steps that needed to be taken to defend her people against a barage of never ending and increasing terror attacks levied at her for the sole purpose of her destruction.
Even as I type these words, the news is breaking. The air raid sirens are blaring in Israel’s city of Tel Aviv. And civilians are running for cover as Israel is being bombarded by 150 rocikets from the Gaza strip terrorists.
What Americans and all individuals of the free world need to understand, is that this is not just about Israel. Israel is on the front lines of the Global Jihad. The following should be considered a Public Service Announcement.

Four murdered American heroes, 3 investigative hearings, 2 disgraced generals, 2 questionable women, 2 sex scandals, and 1 cover up. Here is where we are at in a nutshell:
Attorney General Holder and FBI director Robert Mueller are facing serious new questions and inquiry over what they knew and why they failed to share that information when it was critical to do so.
In addition, the news continues to break over the sexual aspect of the scandals surrounding General Petraeus and General Allen, and threatens to overshadow three very important events tomorrow. Those three events are three hearings that the American people should be focused on. These three hearings will be convened tomorrow, on Thursday, November the 15th, 2012.
Also today, the news is currently breaking that Petraeus will soon voluntarily offer his testimony to members of the House and Senate.
The following is an update on all of the above, including what hearings are to be held, who will be holding them, and what we might expect.
Congressman Allen West Joins Sean Hannity Nov. 12, 2012
Congressman West is contending for his seat after what appears to be obvious voter fraud cost him his seat in the recent election. A highly decorated war veteran of Iraq, West is an experienced and proven legislator who has worked tirelessly on behalf of our troops and for the American people. He has been replaced under very questionable circumstances by Democrat Patrick Murphy, a 29 year old with no previous experience as a legislator. Murphy was backed by powerful Democrats such as Bill Clinton. Murphy was arrested in 2003 for disorderly intoxication and possessing a fake drivers license. The same night Murphy was arrested, Congressman West, a former Lt. Colonel, was preparing to deploy his troops to Iraq.
Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta is a powerful man with a little bump in the road that he cannot ignore. Panetta cannot ignore the inconsistencies along the rocky road of the Benghazi cover up. No matter how hard he tries to overcome it, that annoying little bump in the road just keeps popping up and will not go away.
Time is an exact science. It may be 9:00 in one region and 12:00 in another region, but it is still the same time. No one has ever seen time in person, but time may be a witness in the upcoming hearings on Benghazi. The new timeline provided by the Pentagon has been analysed by journalists, and it may not make muster. There appear to be some discrepancies that may or may not be resolved by the pending investigation.
Meanwhile, it appears Paula Broadwell may have inadvertently dropped a bombshell on General Petraeus. As the updates continue to come in, it appears statements made by Broadwell may indicate a leak of classified information. And legislators insist that at some point, General Petraeus must testify. Other legislators call his previous testimony into question.
Today is Veterans Day and all across the nation Americans from all walks of life will reflect on the sacrifices of our war veterans. It was my wish to thank them all, past and present. I pondered their history, from the time of our nation’s birth to present.
The history of our veterans is the history of our nation. Our nation’s history is the history of a nation who was birthed and preserved by patriots who braved overwhelming odds time and time again, because they would not submit to tyranny.
For over 200 years our warriors have fought in battles that many cannot conceive of. They all deserve to be remembered, from the American Revolution, through two World Wars, the Korean War, Vietnam, and today.
The following are highlights presented in video from each of those wars. This is a video tribute to the men and women who have crushed tyrants, braved flames and torture, stood watch on the wall, guarded the gates, preserved our freedom, and deterred the enemies of freedom for Americans and the world at large.
Beginning with our beginning, it is with great pride I honor those who fought in the American Revolution:
During our own American Revolution, one of our most important battles was that of The Battle of Kings Mountain. American Continental troops opposed the British red coats throughout the war with the aid of civilian Militias comprised of farmers, mountaineers, and others.
In any conflict, there are two sides. Those civilians and militias who supported the cause of the American Revolution were known as patriots, rebels, and Whigs. Those who supported the British were primarily known as Tories and Loyalists.
At the Battle of Kings mountain the battle was fought on the American side by moutaineers and hearty men from the Appalachian mountains who were patriot rebels. They were known as “Over the Mountain Men”, and they rallied there to deter their counterparts, the Loyalist civilians who fought for the British.
Major Ferguson was a brutal Scottish commander under Britian’s Lord Cornwallis and his ranks had savaged the local populace. American forces were very nearly defeated at this point for a myriad of reasons. Local militia commanders for American rebels brought their guerilla fighters down upon Major Ferguson’s loyalists with a vengeance. They fought a battle on Kings Mountain that historians rightly note today, turned the tide of the American Revolution, and likely saved the cause.
The Battle of Kings mountain was not fought by the regular troops of the American Continental line, nor the regular troops of Britian’s red coats. It was fought by civilians from both sides who came against each other there that day under their respective officers and made their stand.

But it tells the tale of the courage, skill, and sheer determination, that is still today the legacy of our warriors who have followed in the footsteps of those patriots who fought at Kings Mountain. The Battle of Kings Mountain, the year is 1780:
World War I: The following is an appropriate video for World War I. It only addresses one battle in that war, but it was a very signifcant battle as you will see. It was fought by our United States Marines, and this weekend is their birthday. The total death toll for American soldiers in World War I, was 320,710. This number does not include those missing in action.
With great pride in our troops I pay tribute to those who fought and died in World War I, and I give you the Battle of Belleau Wood, fought in France in 1918:
Leaving the battlefield of Belleau Wood, we fast forward to World War II. Most are familiar with D-Day and the battle of Normandy. This video focuses on that part of the battle which occured at Omaha Beach. The death toll for American forces in World War II was 1,078,162.
With great pride in our troops I give tribute to those who fought and died in World War II:
Once more we found ourselves at war in the 1950′s, with Korea. One of the most famous battles in American history is that of the Chosin Reservoir. It was fought in 1950 by the 1st Marine Division and it’s attached Army regiment. In the frozen mountains of North Korea, near the Chinese border, at a place called Chosin Reservoir, our troops were surrounded and greatly outnumbered by nine Chinese divisions, a quarter of a million Chinese.
Within three days, the Chinese had destroyed the isolated Army regiment on the eastern side of the reservoir. Of the 3,000 Army troops trapped there, only 385 made it out alive, and made it back to the safer south end of the reservoir where they joined the Marines. Within two days, our Marines fought their way back from the western end of the reservoir. United and surrounded by a quarter of a million Chinese, 13,000 United States Marines, the surviving 375 US Army regulars, and a small portion of British commandos, marched in a column 12 miles long to escape. They marched 75 miles out of the Chosin Reservoir battling 200,000 Chinese who tried to stop them. It took five days on frozen feet, while dragging their dead and wounded with them. They made it, and proudly marched into the American lines singing an old barracks song.
It is with great pride in our troops, I give tribute to those who fought in the Korean war, and the Chosin Reservoir:
In the nineteen sixties our troops went to war once more. This time in Vietnam. Sadly, many were wrongly condemned by their own countrymen in shameful betrayal. These men faced a new war: They were scorned by young people born of their own countrymen after fighting one the most savage wars in history. Today, Americans who once wrongfully scorned them have grown up, and those veterans are rightly honored by all. A memorial stands testiment to their bravery, and the cost of that war. That memorial stands in Washington, D.C., and it is known as The Vietnam Wall Memorial. The death toll for American troops in Vietnam was 211,147.
It is with great pride in our troops, I give tribute to those who fought in Vietnam:

Today our troops fight from the battlefields of the Middle East to protect our nation and once more, the world at large. This time they fight to preserve us from the tyranny and evil of extreme Jihadist’s who have declared a global War on Freedom.

This is a rushed update on two major developments.
The news broke today that the Director of National Intelligence has initiated a probe to discover possible leaks that lead to the media’s knowledge of the events in Benghazi.

As I write this, the news is now breaking that CIA Director General David Petraeus has submitted his resignation to Obama in a closed door meeting. It is reported he resigned for personal reasons.
The only reason cited so far is an extra marital affair. General Petraeus was scheduled to testify in the upcoming hearings on Benghazi next week. Some speculate his current resignation may enable him to speak “freely” at the upcoming hearings. General Petraeus has stated his decision had nothing to do with the current investigation. The reports are just coming out, but it is now being reported that he will not be testifying as scheduled in the Senate hearings next week.
General Petraeus is the second high ranking official to raise questions over a sudden and unexpected resignation in the wake of Benghazi. Many also speculate on the sudden and unlikely early retirement of General Carter Ham, Combatant Commander of Africa Command.
UPDATE, 11/11/2012
It has been learned that the woman involved in an extra marital affair with General Petraeus was Paula Broadwell, his biographer whom he met when he came to speak at Harvard University. It was reported yesterday that the investigation that led to the resignation of General Petraeus began months prior and was initiated by the FBI when an unknown third person complained that they had received emails from Broadwell.
The agency was alerted that biographer Paula Broadwell, with whom Petraeus had the affair, may have had access to his personal email account….The FBI investigation began when someone reported suspicious emails allegedly sent from Broadwell. The agency then determined that she allegedly had emailed a number of government employees. The FBI was at one point trying to determine whether any of the employees were being stalked, sources told Fox News…..The FBI investigation started with a complaint several months ago about “harassing” e-mails from Broadwell to an unidentified third person, a government official briefed on the case told The New York Times on Saturday.
New details came out on the story today:
General David Petraeus
A second name emerged Sunday in the FBI investigation into CIA Director David Petraeus’ email correspondence that exposed an extramarital affair with a female biographer, then his resignation last week.
Sources tell Fox News the women is 37-year-old Jill Kelley, a close friend of the Petraeus family……Kelley alerted the FBI about the emails that appeared to be an attempt to blackmail Petraeus, which started the investigation, said the sources, who are close friends of the Petraeuses.
In addition, the threatening emails might not have come from biographer Paula Broadwell, as widely reported…..
Jill Kelly is not involved with Petraeus, but is a close friend of the family. According to the same report, an agency whistle-blower is involved:
The first knowledge of the affair outside the FBI came from an agency whistle-blower who contacted a Capitol Hill Republican who told House Majority Leader Eric Cantor.
Rep. Dave Reichert, R-Wash., got a tip from a friend who knew the whistle-blower, as reported by The New York Times…..Sources tell Fox News that Reichert talked to the whistle-blower, then referred him to Cantor. The whistle-blower talked to the majority leader’s office, then to Cantor directly. The whistle-blower — who purportedly was concerned about a possible national security breach — was then put in touch with FBI Director Robert Mueller.
It also appears that the relationship between Petreaus and Broadwell was an open secret among those who knew the Petreaus family. Read full report, here.
Meanwhile, in another report today, chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, Senator Diane Feinstein, (D-CA), said today that the Benghazi investigations will also inquire into the scandal surrounding General Petraeus, ”including why the FBI failed to notify the committee about the extramarital affair that led to the director’s resignation”.
So apparently now the FBI has to answer some questions as well. She also stated that Petraeus is no longer scheduled to testify this week, but may be called to capitol hill in future meetings.
According to Feinstein:
“…other major questions the committee will investigate include whether the United States adequately processed previous threats and attacks to increase security around the U.S. Consulate and nearby CIA annex in Benghazi.
“Changes were made, but the changes were not adequate,” Feinstein told Fox.
UPDATE 11/12/2012
Fox is now reporting that law enforcement has confirmed the threatening emails were coming from Broadwell. The story is here. Also today, new updates came out on several issues. One update finds the Pentagon timeline above appears to conflict with CIA witnesses. Another update also indicates Broadwell may have leaked classified information that may point to the reason for the attack on the consulate. The recent election was a devastating blow to more than 56 million patriotic Americans across the country. For the second time in a row the Democrats and those who support Obama elected a president who was endorsed by the Communist Party USA and their comrades from the largest Socialist organization in the country, The Democratic Socialists of America. The Democratic Socialists of America have long standing ties with Obama and some are members of his staff. Both organizations have worked hard to have him elected, not once, but twice now.
Because Obama has become a cult like status symbol for many of our youth, amidst the current wave of his popularity among young people, many who voted for Obama have no concept of what they voted for. In the long run they will be seen to have voted for the destruction of our nation via the ignorance of youth. Many others who supported Obama knowingly did so in support of Socialism. Clueless women also supported him to protect themselves from a manufactured non-existent War on Women. They are foolish women who are a disgrace to their gender, and to our nation, for they stood side by side with the Communist Party USA and voted for Obama.
Since the time of Obama’s first victory, I have greatly despaired that the light across our great nation was fading. When Obama won a second time this past Tuesday I was horrified to see this despair confirmed and even magnified.
Congressman West is one of our finest Patriots and a trusted leader I have repeatedly looked to for guidance and input on a myriad of issues. As Congressman West speaks here on the history of our nation, and American’s perseverance for liberty since the American Revolution, he gives name to that light I have feared was fading. He has named it rightly, “The Flame of Freedom”.
What has become apparent now is that we must continue to persevere, the election is over, but the battle to preserve our freedom continues. It will not end soon. And now more than ever The Flame of Freedom must be preserved. It will be preserved through legislators such as Congressman West, and other legislators of his calibre. Congressman West inspires hope, and determination to carry on. Thank you sir, as always I am very grateful for your outstanding and inspiring leadership.
Ambassador Stevens, Navy Seals Tyrone Woods & Glen Doherty, & Sean Smith return home
On November 13th, 2012 Foreign Policy reports that a hearing behind closed doors of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, led by Chairman John Kerry (D-MA), will take place. They also report that the State Department made evidence available for Senators to review during a time when they were out of town. This report is frequently updated, see their report for the latest.
On November 15, 2012, two official but separate hearings will also convene. The Senate Intelligence Committee will convene to review the case in a closed door session.
The House Intelligence Committee will also convene on the same day to review the case. Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, CIA Director David Petraeus and Matt Olsen, director of the National Counterterrorism Center, are among those expected to testify.
Governor Mitt Romney was defeated in last nights 2012 election and congratulations are now in order. Alot of people worked hard to make sure Obama won again. It is always proper to congratulate the winner in any contest. Those responsible should be given their due credit as they claim their victory.
It is well known that both the Communist Party USA and their comrads, The Democratic Socialists of America Organization, endorsed Obama and supported him in his first bid for the Presidency in 2008.
The Democratic Socialists of America have long standing ties and close bonds with Obama. They were key players on his campaign staff, and hold positions in his cabinet. In case you have never heard of them, here is some background.
All across the country today there will be many interesting possible scenarios.
Arrests have already been made. Electric voting machines in Colorado and Ohio are malfunctioning and trying to vote for Obama even though the voter cast their vote for Romney.
In the battleground states various monitors will be looking for voter fraud. And those who commit fraud will be on the lookout for those who want to stop them.
Black Panther at Polling Station 2008 Election
In Philly, the Black Panthers have promised to show up again. Apparently they have. Last time, the Bush administration filed charges against them before leaving office. A few months later, when Obama took his seat in the Oval Office, under his administration, Eric Holder’s Justice Department had the charges dropped.
The NAACP will be showing up in Houston today and no doubt elsewhere as well. And there are counter efforts to oppose all of the above.
A national movement of retired military vets, Special Forces and Navy Seals, have organized “Get out the Vet” and they will be monitoring the Panthers and other efforts to intimidate voters. They are also aware that millions of dead zombies have been miraculously resurrected again, and will be voting as well.

The rumor has been circulating the past few days, and over at The Blaze they had a preview. And it is indeed true. Five hundred retired Admirals and Generals, the cream of the crop of the nations top military brass, have now formally endorsed Governor Mitt Romney for President of the United States.
They have taken out an ad in the Washington Times to state their endorsement. They have paid for the ad out of their own pocket, and are not affiliated with Romney’s official campaign. The following has been reported at the Gateway Pundit, one of the very few sources on this story:

Carey, a retired Navy rear admiral, told friends and colleagues in a written message that it was important for the group “to take a public stand on how very important it is that our fellow Americans choose a new Commander-in-Chief” on Tuesday. Carey is national chairman of the National Defense Committee.

Earlier today in Benghazi a bomb went off in front of a police station injuring police officers. Also this morning, David Axelrod appeared on Fox News Sunday, and attempted to hold the line on the official Obama administration account of what occured. Chris Wallace of Fox News held his feet to the fire, asked tough questions, and demanded answers many are waiting for.
The FBI has been cleared to interview a Tunisian suspect in the attack on the Consulate, and they are in route to do so on their way to Tunisia. Also, new evidence in the Benghazi cover up has been provided, and there is sharp dispute among some over what could or could not have been done on that fateful and tragic night.
In a revolting display of hysterics, Geraldo Rivera went ballistic and attacked Eric Bolling on Fox and Friends for raising the legitimate issue of whether or not our military could have aided Chris Stevens, Tyrone Woods, Glen Doherty, and Sean Smith on the night of their murder.
Hurricane Sandy has subsided having left in her wake millions tragically homeless, and the death toll continues to rise.
As Obama attempts to cling to her skirts and stand tall, the storm of fury over the Benghazi cover up will not subside, and continues to lower his stature.
Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC), John McCain (R-Ariz.), Congressmen Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) and Mike Kelly (R-PA), among other powerful voices, will not back down.
As Hurricane Sandy begins to strike the east coast, another storm is brewing nationwide as Americans begin to realize the truth of that night in Benghazi. A night when terror stalked, and heroic warriors persevered until the end against impossible odds. While those in power who could have, would not lend their aid and sat idle. Silent spectators to a grizzly scene of torturous flame and murder.
And the love of a father for his valiant son will not permit those responsible to turn away.
Charles Woods, father of slain Navy Seal Tyrone Woods, will not go gentle away from that horrific night. And as the truth manifests itself, and a grieved father struggles to cope with the senseless death of his heroic son, many Americans are raging against the dying of the light. And it is well that they should.
Those who failed to send cover that night for those who were beseiged, now seek to cover their shame. Therefore, they dare to accuse those who protest and seek justice as merely acting in the spirit of “politics”. Those who make such disgraceful accusations do so because they wish to hinder the truth, and so they seek to silence those who seek the truth with slander.
The voices who level the accusation that others are using the death of these men for “politics”, are the voices of an administration that not only refused to aid their own on the field of battle, but they are the voices of an administration that was fully prepared to allow these brave men to go to their death unsung, as mere victims of a mob rather than noble warriors who sought to save American lives.
This is inexcusable. This is the spirit of politics. For those who level such revolting accusations at those who seek justice, are those whose political career will be destroyed by the truth. No other explanation rears it’s head for this brazen miscarriage of justice.
Only the heinous deny the valiant their due glory. And only self serving tyrants are threatened by the unfailing spirit of sacrifice that moves patriots to give their lives so that others may live.
The truth is, Americans are honorable, they do not forsake their heroes, dead or alive. And they are repulsed by an administration who attempts to deceive them as though they were children to be lulled into sleep by a cleverly concocted fairy tale.
As the days pass, the evidence of last week continues to accumulate. As even more comes out, the evidence now demonstrates the senseless utter failure of the current administration to protect Ambassador Chris Stevens, Air Force veteran Sean Smith, and Navy Seals Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty. The latest news provides evidence that as the terrorists overran the US Consulate in Benghazi, requests for back up from those defending those who were caught in the flames were denied. And those who were risking their lives to save their fellow Americans were told not to.
Air Force veteran Sean Smith died at the Consulate near Ambassador Stevens, as Stevens was struggling to breathe his last breath. Former Navy Seals Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty defied orders from higher up to “stand down”. They risked their own lives without hesitation and aided the escape of 30 Americans under fire in the attack. By doing so, they saved thirty lives.
Afterward, for hours, Doherty and Woods stood and fought until the end. Not realizing that help would not be arriving, Tyrone Woods trained his laser to point out the source of the mortar fire so that aircraft could take out the terrorists with a precision strike. But the strike he attempted to aid never came.
No help arrived, no relief, no assistance of any kind. Woods was a highly trained Navy Seal. He was surely aware that when he aimed that laser and exposed the terrorists, he was also exposing himself. He risked his life for a second and final time, and did it anyway. And the mortar fire continued unmolested, ultimately killing Woods who had knowlingly risked his life a second time that night, so that others might be spared.
After being killed by mortar fire from the terrorists, he was found dead on the rooftop of the annex by his machine gun, which was covered in blood as he made his final stand.
The families of those who fell at Benghazi are now mourning the senseless and horrific death of their loved ones. Following a meeting with Obama, Charles Woods, the father of Navy Seal Tyrone Woods, spoke about his sons death and gave details of his meeting with Obama:
In another interview last night, Mr. Woods again spoke of his justified heartbreak to America, and said it was better to die as a hero than live as a coward.
He is not the only one who is speaking up. The mother of Sean Smith, Pat Smith, is also understandably devastated. She has repeatedly demanded answers from Washington, and she too, has spoken out against the story spun by the White House in the wake of her son’s death.
In an interview with CNN she has echoed Mr. Woods’ impression of Obama’s indifference to the death of her son:
“I cried on Obama’s shoulder and he just kind of looked off into the distance. That was worthless to me.”
She also believes the White House has been dishonest in their story on her son’s death:
“I look at the TV and I see bloody hand prints on walls thinking my God, is that my son’s? I don’t know. They haven’t told me anything. They are still studying it. And the thing that they are telling me are outright lies.”
Joining these voices of outraged heartbreak, others are stepping forward who have lost their sons to the self serving vanity and irresponsible failures of Obama.
In the aftermath of the death of Osama Bin Laden, Navy Seal Aaron Vaughn, twenty one other Navy Seals, and others, were killed by terrorists in retaliation for their role in the death of Osama Bin Laden – after Obama had lauded Bin Laden’s death, and revealed Seal Team Six as those who carried out the raid.
In another recent interview, the mother of slain Seal Team 6 member Aaron Vaughn, expressed her outrage earlier this month.
Recently, Mrs. Vaughn put out a political ad against Obama, whom she is furious at because another political ad by Bill Clinton portrays Obama as the one who had something to lose if the raid against Osama Bin Laden had gone wrong.
In the ad, Clinton had the unmitigated audacity to declare Obama was the one with something to lose if the raid had gone wrong. Quoting Clinton:
“Look he knew what could happen. Suppose the Navy Seals had gone in there and it hadn’t been Bin Laden? Suppose they had been captured or killed? The downside would have been horrible for him”.
Following this sick political effort by the Democrats to promote their candidate, Mrs.Vaughn recently participated in a political ad of her own.
In a followup interview, Mr. and Mrs. Vaughn explained why they hold Obama responsible for the death of their son, and what they want done about it. You can see a video of their emotional interview here, their ad is also included in the interview. This video is hard to watch, and my heart goes out to the all of the families of these slain heroes as they demand answers in the midst of their grief.

Benghazi: America’s “other” Alamo
As I penned yesterdays post on Texas and The Battle of the Alamo, I recalled the battle cry for justice that came in the aftermath of that famous battle:
“Remember the Alamo!”
I could not help but see the simialarities between those brave patriots of Texas, and the fallen patriots of Benghazi.
I could not help but feel the need for their memories to be rightfully preserved with full honors, as due patriots killed in action while saving the lives of others.
Like Davy Crockett, and the other heroes of the Alamo in Texas, the brave men who fell at Benghazi were outnumbered and outgunned by heavy weaponry, but stood and fought until the bitter and tragic end. Also like those of the Alamo, they died amidst the smoke and flames of a cruel and heartless death, and they did so willingly for their countrymen.
Here is the inscription from the Alamo Centotaph, a memorial of the battle, which is called “The Spirit of Sacrifice”:
“In memory of the heroes who sacrificed their lives at the Alamo, March 6th, 1836, in the defense of Texas. They chose never to surrender nor retreat; These brave hearts with flag still proudly waving, perished in the flames of immortality that their high sacrifice might lead to the founding of this Texas.”
Heroes in their own right, those whose death occurred in Benghazi also died in the Spirit of Sacrifice, as they ignored the order to “stand down”, and fought against all odds to save the lives of thirty Americans. They succeeded in doing so, and lost their own lives in the process.
These men deserve better than a false epitaph written by an administration to ashamed to tell the truth to the American people. These men deserve better than to be portrayed as victims of an angry mob who overtook them.
They deserve to be recognized and honored for their sacrifice, set down in history as valiant patriots who fought until the end, patriots who gave their lives for their fellow Americans.
Remember the Alamo, yes. And remember Benghazi.
Political Partisanship or Patriotism?
The events in Benghazi did not shape my vote in the coming election. Nor is my vote determined by a political party. My allegiance is to my nation, and to freedom, not to a political party.
Like many Americans, I would never have voted for Obama, or any President who has so utterly failed this nation, both at home, and overseas. A President who promotes socialist principles, and thus, stands in opposition to the very principles our nation was founded upon. Our nation was born by the blood of Revolutionary patriots. Patriots like Tyrone Woods, who gave their all out of a Spirit of Sacrifice.
For the sake of these, then, and now, I will not vote for Obama. Not because of a petty love of politics, but because of an enduring love for America.
And for that same love of America, and respect for those who defend her, in the aftermath of Benghazi, many will not go quietly while the White House covers their political agenda in brazen deceit that dishonors the blood of our fallen. The evidence will not be denied, and the truth of it will not be silenced by slander.
As Al Qaeda rose to higher and higher prominence in Benghazi, hoisted their flag, and began to take over, two prior attempts were made to bomb the Consulate. For months proceeding the attack, the current administration refused to hear distress calls and requests from the Consulate for more security. On the contrary, the powers that be reduced security to the handful that were on hand that night.
And the powers that be continued to refuse assistance for back up, until the last man standing could stand no longer, and fell dead.
Meanwhile, Democrats like Stephen Colbert trample decency underfoot to promote their party – as he makes a mockery of the coverage of the Benghazi cover up, and thus, the death of these men.
And they ignore the reality of Obama’s failures and destruction of our economy. They exchange petty insults for leadership, as they cheer Obama’s very much mistaken sarcasm that we use less bayonets and horses these days.
The truth is, not only was this comment totally irrevalent and nothing but pure sarcasm, it was also inaccurate. Bayonetts are still issued, and to this day, we are just as reliant on the role of the cavalry as we were in days past. Which is why we still have Armoured Cavalry units, such as the 11th Armoured Cavalry Regiment, also known as the Blackhorse Regiment.
As those in the land of the Alamo stand their ground and prepare to arrest foreign intruders if neccessary at the polling stations, when I arrive at the polling station I will stand with them, because I will stand with those who stand for and defend freedom.
I will stand with Ambassador Stevens who worked tirelessly on behalf of freedom for all Libyans. I will stand with parents like the Vaughns and Charles Woods. Parents of our heroes whose sons can’t vote, because they were murdered by terrorists in a terrorist attack that the current administration lied about.
I won’t need bayonets and horses to make my stand. I will do so by casting my vote. And when I do, I will remember Benghazi.

As the polls tighten, and many debate as they watch the numbers in the crucial swing states, out in Texas there is not much to debate when it comes to the polls. But there may be trouble of a different sort in the making. The UN affiliated Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is planning to monitor the election this coming November. Texas is not rolling out the welcome wagon.
Texas Attorney General Gregg Abbot, like many Americans, is wary of such foreign intrusion into a process that is a fundamental freedom in America. He has given fair warning that they will be arrested if they violate Texas law and come within one hundred feet of the polling stations, or if they violate any other Texas law.

The latest Associated Press-GfK poll shows that Romney has taken the overall lead across the nation by two points, 47%-45%. The poll further shows that Romney has destroyed Obama’s 16 point advantage when it comes to women. There is a perfect tie now between Romney and Obama among female voters, a critical key component to victory.
It is a legitimate question however, to ask if these polls would show an even greater lead by Romney if media coverage of the current unfolding scandal of the Benghazi cover up, known by some as “Benghazi Gate”, was being covered by major networks. Another legitimate question is certainly “why” isn’t the Benghazi cover up being fully covered by the media?

I’ve tried to imagine it. George Washington leading the charge across the Delaware so I can have free birth control. Our patriots rallying against loyalists at the Battle of King’s Mountain so I can head on down to Planned Parenthood and get a free abortion. Besty Ross, lovingly crafting the American flag so my resume won’t be presented in a binder.
It’s just not working for me. I can’t insult the sacrifices made by our patriots by trivializing their valiant efforts this way. It occurs to me, that this really isn’t about freedom, or women’s rights. There is something else afoot here. Somewhere down the line, the ideals of freedom have been morphed into the ideal of “freebies”. Imagined insult has taken the place of blatant acts of tyranny.
For those fortunate enough to still have a job, last night’s final debate in the ongoing Presidential campaign will be the main topic for today’s water cooler discussions across the country. As I review the past four years, and the current state of affairs, it is a marvel to me that any American would consider handing Obama an undeserved victory by voting for him in the upcoming election.
Obama arrived at the debate with his briefcase chock full of witty sarcasm, thinly veiled arrogance, and no record whatsoever to stand on in matters of the economy, or foreign policy. We are currently being asked by the Obama administration to overlook millions of Americans who are in far worse economic condition than when Obama took office, and this is the same administration who has chosen political advantage over National Security interests to the detriment of the entire nation.

Lowering of American Flag in Cairo
In the latest on the probe of the Benghazi cover up, on Friday, Darrell Issa, R-Calif., the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, and Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, released documents that clearly demonstrate the Obama administrations grossly neglegent failure to protect Ambassador Chris Stevens, the US Consulate in Benghazi, and the National Security interests of the United States.
Contrary to Washington’s initial explanation provided to the American people that the event was a “spontaneous reaction to the video”, the evidence, including recent testimony of witnesses in the investigation, reveals that Washington was immediately aware that the murder of the Ambassador was a terrorist attack.
The newly released evidence also clearly shows, in recent months prior to the attack, the State Department, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Justice, were fully aware of the mounting presence of terrorist control within the city.

This year Pearl Harbor Day will mark the 71st anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. Americans were forced into World War II on this date, December 7th,1941December 7th, 2012
Today marks the 71st Anniversary of Pearl Harbor Day. The USS Arizona Memorial in Pearl Harbor, Honolulu Hawai, commemorates that day and resides as there as the submerged resting place of 1,102 sailors buried there.
Obama was outraged last week. He was particulary angered as those investigating the Benghazi cover up followed the trail of deception which ultimately led them to look closer at Ambassador Susan Rice.
